One of the most frequent questions we receive from consumers is how to clean their new shades, draperies or top treatments. At the time of installation our installers will review with you the proper care of your new window treatments to keep them looking great.

However, we also recommend not letting especially soft shades become overly soiled.

Our staff is certified in the On-Site method of cleaning soft shades that is recommended by Hunter Douglas. We can deep clean your Silhouettes or Luminettes as well as your draperies and top treatments right in your home or in our service center located at 729 Mt. Airyshire, Columbus, OH 43235 Please call our store to arrange for in-home or drop off service.

In addition, our master installer is trained to repair almost any problem you're having with your blinds or shades. You may drop them off at our store or call for an in-home service call! Remember in-home repair service is FREE if you purchased your blinds or shades at Home Source!
